Indonesian interior designer Jonathan Rachman is a lover of all things vintage, but he didn’t hesitate to mix it up with very modern touches while creating this penthouse at the very top of the Rincon building in San Francisco. Born in Sumatra, Rachman went on to study in Switzerland before moving to San Francisco. He started out with a very successful flower shop and then moved to designing apartment and houses, both in America and in Asia (some of his most recent projects were in Bali). At the end of the summer, he will open his first boutique in San Francisco.
