LA-based Entrepreneur Joy Chen

Joy Chen learned the value of a savvy entrepreneurial spirit from a stint working for Yue-Sai Kan, once dubbed by Time magazine the most famous woman in China.  Now the Chinese-American businesswoman and former deputy mayor of Los Angeles inspires women to be industrious at the office and devoted at home.  With the growth of Chen Partners, her three-year-old recruitment firm for high-power companies, she has shown that determination and a sharp business sense can put everything within reach.  Though her business is a top priority, she comes home everyday to a doting husband and daughter at their beautiful beach home in Venice, CA.
