Due to the huge demand for organic products, more and more young people are starting organic farms as a business.

Both in America and Europe, residents of major cities decide to take farming classes and then move to the countryside to start their own organic business. We follow an American couple in upstate New York as well as an Irish couple making organic wine in the South of France.
